The National Association of Division III Athletic Administrators (NADIIIAA) has announced its leadership team for 2023-24, led by President Angel Mason, director of athletics at Berry.
Mike Snyder (Pacific Lutheran), Laura Mooney (MCLA) and Kristofer Schnatz (Merchant Marine) were named vice presidents, while Kiki Jacobs (Roger Williams) stepped into the past president role.

» What They’re Saying: “As we move into a new academic year, one of my goals as NADIIIAA President is to focus our organization's attention on building a strong, united future for Division III and our membership. It will take all of us to move our organization and Division III athletics forward.” - Mason.

3. Cavale Steps Down From INFLCR
by Pete Nakos, On3.com
“Jim Cavale, INFLCR’s founder and chief executive, announced he is stepping down from his six-year role of building the name, image and likeness software platform.
Used by more than 200 Division I institutions and supporting nearly 90,000 athletes in building and managing their NIL businesses, the brand-building technology emerged as one of the most popular service providers in the last 25 months. INFLCR was acquired by Teamworks in October 2019 for an undisclosed amount.”
» Why It Matters: “The company pivoted recently to building local exchanges for institutions and providing software to NIL collectives. In recently released data, 76% of all payments in INFLCR have come from collectives.”
» What’s Next: “Multiple sources indicated to On3 in recent weeks that Cavale would be stepping down from his role for the Birmingham, Alabama-based business. Associate general manager Sean Kelly will be succeeding Cavale.”
