1. Southern Virginia Sweeps Past Springfield for First NCAA Title

Southern Virginia swept Springfield, 25-20, 25-23, 27-25, to capture its first-ever NCAA Division III men’s volleyball championship.

National Player of the Year Christian Sheaffer powered the Knights (35-1) with 13 kills, while Gehrig Tolman handed out 36 set assists. Sam Levinson paced the Pride (25-5) with 16 kills.
