“Kim Weiss continues to break barriers in coaching as she's set to join the Trinity College men's hockey team's coaching staff for 2023-2024.
According to Trinity College, Weiss becomes the first woman to serve as an assistant coach at the NCAA Division III men's hockey level.
Last season Weiss served as associate head coach of the NAHL's Maryland Black Bears, a team she's coached with since 2021.”
